FC Seoul said on Sunday that it has recruited Bato Samuel (18), a Ivory Coast national who is about to graduate from Osan High School. A player who played for more than five years as a member of a Korean amateur team registered with the Korea Football Association until the age of 18 or more in succession contracts with a K-League club as the first professional team and registers as a rookie player is deemed to be a Korean player and is excluded from the quota for foreign players. Even after registration as a rookie player, registration of the K-League will be recognized as a Korean player. The K-League will be implemented from this season.
